We could have a fancy web page on a high priced server, with all sorts of features like shopping carts and on-line credit card ordering. Those things cost money, several hundred dollars a month in fact. But we try to maximize the value we deliver to you. So we've kept it simple, and are passing the savings along to you.
How to place your order:
Check out the price of the items you want on the thumbnail pictures, or the products list page.
Call us (480.570.1111), fax us (480.755.1965), or send us an e-mail to place your order. You may print this order form to complete and fax. Please include the following information:
- The item(s) you are ordering
- At least one phone number
- Fax number (if you have one)
- Name and billing address
- Shipping address if different than above
Receipt of your order will be confirmed by return e-mail and further instructions and information will be given if necessary.

Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges will be calculated using United States Postal Service Priority Mail rates, and will be added to your order, along with any applicable sales tax. A confirmation e-mail showing all charges will then be sent for your review, before your credit card is charged or your order is shipped
